Ambassador Raymond Flynn

Ambassador Flynn was educated at Providence College, where he was an All American basketball player; He served the people of Massachusetts in the House of Representatives from 1971 until 1978, and the Boston City Council from 1978 until 1983. From 1984 until 1993 he served as the most popular Mayor in the history of Boston. He also served as chairman of the U.S. Conference of Mayors Committee on Hunger and Homelessness.

Spencer M. Reese, Esq.

Mr. Reese graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and worked in the insurance industry before attending the Washington University School of Law. Graduating with a J.D., he began his legal practice in the areas of environmental law and commercial litigation in Boise, Idaho.

A. Wes Siegner, Esq.

Mr. Siegner is an attorney with Hyman, Phelps and McNamara, having received his B.A. degree from Brown University and Masters degree in biology from the University of Minnesota, prior to receiving his law degree from Cornell University.
